Northmore Gordon registers RECsI-RECs, GOs, TIGRs, LGCs, ZNECs, J-Credits and Carbon certificates from our own client projects (project origination) and Northmore Gordon holds numerous international RECRenewable Energy Certificate and Carbon registry accounts as well. Our Singapore office provides direct access to the world’s biggest certificate markets.

Satisfying client requirements for retirement (surrender) or purchase is critical. Considerations for certificates include.

• Vintage (emissions or generation) years or period
• Geographic location (jurisdiction) to meet location-based reporting
• Technology (RECs) – solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and additional considerations such as EKOenergy, Gold StandardAccreditation scheme for voluntary carbon offset and renewable energy projects. The tradable instruments are Verified Emission Reductions (VERs). The Gold Standard label can also be applied to CERs and I-RECs where the project meets the Gold Standard requirements around sustainable development and project additionality.
